Suspicious left apical infiltrates. Heart not enlarged. Diaphragm and costophrenic sulci intact. Bony structures are unremarkable. Impression: suspicious left apical infiltrates. Suggest apicolordotic view. Do i have tb? Thats the result of my xray. Thank you very much.
According to reports there is doubtful opacity in left apical region. It may be due to pneumonia or tuberculosis. You need proper clinical examination and further investigations. Apicolordotic view is suggested,it is the special view X-ray for apical region because apical region is covered by many bony structures. This view give clear image of apical region. Both CP Angles are clear. Mediastinal shadows are also normal. Cardiac size is within normal limit Hope i have answered your query.
