What Does "accentuated Bronchovascular Markings Both Lung Fields" Mean?

hi hello Dr. i am just wondering to ask my chest X-ray finding Accentuated bronchovascular markings both lung fields with small two nodules.
"Clear pleural angles
"normal cardiac size & configuration
"normal chest wall
i just want to know what that it means.

Thanks for writing to HCM

Accentuated broncho vascular markings may be due to infection like bronchitis,age related changes etc.
Two small nodules may be due to healed granulomatous lesions.
Both CP angles are clear.
Heart size is also within normal limit.
Chest wall also appears normal.
