What Does "blocked Vertebra And Scoliotic Curvature" Mean?

hello i am stephanie i am 18, 5ft 3in, 122lbs i have chronic migranes and headaches, i have degenerative disc disease i had surgery removing a hernia in 08, i recently went to the doctor about my migranes and headaches, they took 4 veiws of my neck and my results were that i have congenital block vertebra at c3 c4, and a minimal scoliotic curvture of the lower cervitcal spine convex right, so my question to you is what excatly is a block vertebra and the scoliotic curvture?
