What Does "calcium Build Up In Neck" On MRI Suggest?

Hello. I just recently got the results of am MRI. I am supposed to meet with my doc on Thurs to find out more, but he mentioned in addition to my having 3 buldging discs, which I have had for 6 yrs, I now have calcium buildup in my neck... Don't know much more, but i am very concerned. Any advice?
Age, 37, 5ft 9inches, 170lbs
