What Does "dessication Of Intervertebral Disc Space At L5-S1" On MRI Mean?

Please type your query here...sir i had an mri done resently and it states like this: dessication of the intervertebral disc space at l5-s1 noted??? what does that mean please and also at l5-s1 bulginh annulus, indentationm of the thecal sac and bilateral foranimal narrowing noted?? more on the left side?? what doea that mean and can it be fix cause i'm in severe pain and i'm in the military, i need it fix. i don't want any treatments cause i know those treatments are only a temp solution
