Left ovary measure : 4.4*4.0*3.2 cms, Volume=30.2cc
E/O 3.8*3.5 cms cystic lesion in left adnexa.
The pouch of douglas is clear
F/S/O Polycystic ovaries.
Cystic lesion is left adnexa may be s/o left ovarian cyst
