What Does "enhancing Right Lower Pole Renal Mass With Necrotic Centre Remains" Mean?

Hi, can explain the following term to me?
the previously seen enhancing right lower pole renal mass with necrotic centre remains unchanged in size and appearance. The right renal artery and vein are patent. There are multiple shotty pelvic nodes seen.
There are scattered area of lung fibrosis and bronchiectatic changes noted, as seen before. No suspicious metastatic lung lesion seen.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of an enhancing renal mass with necrotic centre suggests a vascular growth, most probably malignant lesion in the kidney.
Multiple nodes in the pelvis is probably due to enlarged lymph nodes in the pelvis.
The fibrotic lesion on the X-ray chest has to be investigated.
