What Does "enlarged Temporal Horn" On CT Scan Of Brain Suggest?

my 19 y old grandson had a ct scan because he was getting headaches at night and blurry vision driving sometimes. his dr said that it showed an enlarged temporal horn and wants to do a mri. his xray on his back also showed scoliosis, could these two diagnosis be related?
