What Does "foci Suggestive Of Ischemic White Matter Disease" On MRI Mean?

Yes hello, I had an Mri of my brain done & I have a porencephalic cyst which I already knew because I had an Mri done about I say 10yrs ago But my new MRI says I have Few Foci in the white matter on both sides which could be consistant with ischemic white matter disease. I have a couple of issues going on I have newly diagnosed diabetes I also have had for years Lupus, antiphospholipid syndrome. Any answers to this mri statement would be appreciated thank you
