What Does "gall Baldder Is Contracted Showing Multiple Calculi With Posterior Acoustic Shadowing" Means In Scan?
good evening doctor, i am 30 yrs old girls having stomach pain i did ultrasound report high light is gall baldder is contracted showing multiple calculi with posterior acoustic shadowing. common bile duct is normal (2.3mm) what is it mean and what i have to get treatment.

According to reports you have multiple calculi in gall bladder.Its only treatment is cholecystectomy(removal of gall bladder).
You should remove it earliest because it is prone to infections.It may also cause cancer in long term.
Contracted gall bladder may be due to many reasons.It is not a matter of concern.
It is good that common bile duct is normal in diameter.
