What Does "herniated Discs With Severe Narrowing In C5-C6" On MRI Suggest?

I just had a MRI done and am not sure what this means. I have several herniated disks with severe narrowing in the C5-6 and 7. My pain is in the upper middle of my back radiating to the right of the shoulder blade with swelling. Feels like someone is stabbing me with a knife and putting a hot iron on my back. When I move my right arm it feels like pulling and tingling and stabbing in my right side of back by the shoulder blade. Please help.
