What Does "increased Bronchovasculsar Marking" Mean?
Hi Doctor, i am 65 yrs old n in my xray its been mentioned bilateral lung parenchyma shows increased bronchovasculsar marking.what does this mean and also i have complaints of wet cough, on and off fever and loss of appetite.can u please tell is that what my xray showing is dangerous.
Increased bronchovascular markings in lungs may be due to many reasons like infection,age related etc.It is not dangerous at all. In your case it is most likely related to wet cough.It will subside with control of infection. You need proper clinical examination. Hope i have answered your query.
