What Does "left Neural Foraminal Narrowing" Mean?

C5-C6 mild broad based central disc protrusion eccentric to the left causing slight deformity of the ventral spinal cord, mild/moderate cnetral spinal stenosis, and left neural foraminal narrowing. What does this mean? Doc says I have cervical rediculopathy.
