What Does "loculated And Pertoneal Spills" Mean?

Hi,i have had tests and these are the findings but i don't know what they mean loculated and pertoneal spills of contract media bilaterally,bilateral hydrosalpinges,partial perifimbrial tubal blockages.Please help me understand these conditions.

Thanks for writing to us

According to reports your Fallopian tubes are not totally patent.There is partial block within it.This may be the sequel of past infection.Partial block is indicated by loculated spillage of contrast(not free spillage) and bilateral dilatation of Fallopian tubes.
There is partial block in perifimbrial region of Fallopian tubes.You should consult your doctor.
You may need medicines after evaluation.
