What Does "mild Diffuse Annular Bulges At L4-5 And L5-S1" Mean?

hi doc; i am 23 years old girl suffering from frequent lower back aches ; which at times radiates to the lower abdomen. i have undergone a MRI scan as suggested by my orth of Lumbar and reports revealed that there s a mild diffuse annular bulges at L4-5 and L5- S1..what does that mean?..At times when i sit i feel a sudden pain in my buttocks and and when I stand and walk for long my back aches and my lower abdomen aches..please let me know how i can deal with it. thnx doc
