Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.
Your semen analysis should have been done, after 2-3 days abstinence.
1. The report suggests there's normal sperm density.
2. The sperm motility is borderline normal.
3. The sperm morphology is normal.
4. There's infection in the semen.
The semen infection need's antibiotic treatment.
It'll need an ultrasound doppler scrotal scan, to know if there's a varicocele.
