What Does "paralabral Cyst Related To An Occult Posterior Labral Tear" On MRI Suggest?

Hi, my husband hurt his shoulder a few weeks ago so the Doctor he went to see sent him for an MRI. When he went back for the results the doctor told him he doesn't really understand the report but he will send him to physiotherapy. The report said "A 4cm lobulated cyst is present in the spinglenoid and spinoglenoid and suprascapular fossae which extends from por glenoid labrum, and therefore is probably a paralabral cyst related to an occult posterior labral tear." In english for those who cant speak Doctor......what does this mean? I appreciate any help I can get on this matter!!
