What Does "semen Liquification:60" On Semen Analysis Suggest?

Hi Doctor,

Here my husband semen analysis: He is 34 years old.

Is it too bad? Thanks for your help.

Semen Liquification:60

Semen Volume: 3.0

Consistency: Normal

Sperm Count: 8.2 X10*6)

Motility: 80

Progreession Grade: meandering slow forward motion

Morphology: 85

hello user , the findings that you posted seem incomplete as you have not mentioned the units behind the parameters, yet i would try to interpret the findings with the commonly used parameters. the semen liqefication time ; if it is 6o mins then its increased which should have been less than 30 mins as it hinders the motility of sperms- however if one has given sample after a lot of days of abstinence it could be due to that; ideally the sample should be given after 2 days abstinence , the sperm count is less with 8.2 million - it should have been 20 million atleast , motility if 80 % then fine , morphology is reported 85 , but normal and abnormal forms are not mentioned . you should get the sample repeated after 6 weeks and also consult a fertility specialist/reproductive andrologist for the opinion and help . take care - hope i answered your query - if satisfied please rate the answer
