What Does "small Retention Cyst Inferior Left Maxillary Sinus" Mean?

I have had chronic sinus issues most of my life and recently I had a nasal culture done and it was positive for infection and I'm currently on augmentin for 2 weeks. A CT scan of sinus were done and results are as follows: small retention cyst inferior left maxillary sinus. sinus otherwise clear. No acute sinusitis. opacification right mastoids. What does this mean?

1.There is a cystic structure seen in the left maxillary sinus with no active process.
2.In this case there is no active intervention required for cyst unless until its causing any obstruction or mass effect.
3.In case of symptomatic surgical - FESS - Functional endoscopic sinus surgery is done in case of obstruction.
4.Sinusitis with thickening in the sinuses are generally treated with a course of the antibiotics.
5.Opacification is inflammatory features - which also resolve with the antibiotics you are taking.
