Welcome to health care magic.

1. There report suggest that there are few densities in the right upper lung, that can be recurrence, inflammatory changes - if you are symptomatic.
2.If you are not symptomatic, then the possible cause could be old healed granuloma / fibrosis.
3.The infection after healing there will be trace left behind for years as fibrosis / granulomas.
4.To confirm this you need to get high resolution computer tomogram if you are symptomatic.
5.A sputum examination after a period - taking antibiotics that will give definitive diagnosis.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
