What Does "tiny Cystic Lesions Within The Endometrium" Mean?

Hi, I had a transvaginal test and the results were the following: " endometrial thickness is 9mm, there are tiny cystic lesions within the endometrium. There are no uterine masses. There are bilateral ovarian follicles. There is no free fluid. Inhomogeneous endometrium, with tiny cystic lesions, close follow-up is recommended." What does it means "...tiny cystic lesions within the endometrium?"
