What does readings of blood pressure mean when it is 137/92, pulse rate 75

taken shortly after getting up in the morning.

My age is 65,whieght 160 lbs,

I have sciatic nerve pain,ostoarthitis,fibromyalgia,Trunkal lymphedema after left breats mastectomy.

Medication i am on: Lyrica,diazipam,venlafaxine,

Supplements taken are: Vit B12 under tongue,vita-vim,calcium/D,vit E,stress plex,nexium

2. Pulse rate is also within normal range.
