Hi,

If the burning sensation is there when you are not urinating it can be related to neuropathic, need to check for spinal issue and blood sugar. If not it can be due to urine infection. Doing a urine culture can help start appropriate antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S. R. Raveendran, Sexologist
