What Does Recurring Pain In Groin, Back And Hip Suggest?

Hi i am having groin pain that has been happening off and on for about a year,is on the right side and gets worse if i put weight on my right leg.This time it does follow a week long bowel problem. I do suffer from long term back and hip problem not yet sure what cause them.
