What Does Recurring Pain In Lower Body Mean?

I am a male and since about three weeks ago i started feeling pain in my lower right side of the body and it only occurs at nights when i go to sleep. It normally wakes me up at about 3-4am and as soon as the day lights and I am up and about it dissappears. what could possible be the cause of this
