What Does Red Rashes On The Lower Abdomen And Under Breast Indicate?

I have what appears to be a rash on my lower abdomen (to the right of my hip bone) . It consists of several reds bumps that appeared over a week ago which are also located on the bottom of my breast on the same side. I didn t think much of it but now the area close to the rash feels sore and hot to the touch and the skin seems to be tight... Should i be concerned ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to hcm,
It's difficult to diagnose without examining, Based on your description, Your rashes are located in one dermatome area only.and you are saying it's sore now.If you had any previous history of chicken pox then I advise you to consult a doctor to rule out herpes zoster, which occurs because of reactivation of latent chicken pox virus. It causes painful blisters.

Thank you
