What Does Red Spots On The Arms Indicate?

I often get red blood spots on my arms. When I massage them, they disappear more quickly, or turn lighter red. Most of the time I do not know when I have bumped something to cause the spots. I do not take blood thinning medications. Could taking a multiple vitamin help? Or should I try increasing my daily Vitamin D from 2000 to 4000?

Good Evening,
Thanks for given information,As your symptoms appear red spot on arm it can be due to little bumps are caused by keratosis pilaris, a common skin condition that usually affects the arms and thighs (although it sometimes appears on the buttocks and face, too). It's caused by a buildup of the protein keratin, which can plug a hair follicle, resulting in a bump.
at first you need to check your vitamin D level from laboratory.after that if you feel that need it you can take
For skin health you can take Multi vitamins
Thanks,
for consult
Regards,
