What Does Reddish Discharge From Vagina After Menopause Mean?

I am a 57 yr old woman whose menopause happened 5 yrsback, recently a a reddish discharge like period discharge was observed. So i got myself tested. my USG-TVS report showsendometrial ecdhoes are thickened measuring upto 10 mm and shows presences of cystic changes. a large well definede rounded cyst size upto 1.17 cm is noted in the posterior wall of the cervix. pl advise.
