Hello
Hello
It seems from the history that your 4 year old son is having redness and lump next to tear duct area. This can be because of obstruction to the flow of tears resulting in inflammatory swelling called as dacryocystitis.
The treatment of the condition is by use of antibioitcs and anti-inflammatroy drug.
Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
