Hello,

The report suggests there is interstitial opacities or alveolar collection which is seen in the infection and inflammation. But as mentioned in the report there is resolution or improvement in the condition compared with the previous study. In some cases, extended therapy has to be given when the immunity is the poor or low dosage.

Also, antibiotic culture for sensitivity has to be done. As if resistance formed a medication can be changed. And would recommend getting followup scans for the further progression/recursion of the disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ganesh
