What Does Result Is No Fetal Pole Or Cardiac Activity Present Sac Indicate?

Hello sir, When i was 7 Weeks ( 12.04.14 ) pregnant fetal pole were not seen at presentand no cardiac pulsations are there,Sac size was 20mm,one week late pregnancy.After follow up US in 7 weeks ( 27.04.14 ) result is no fetal pole or cardiac activity present sac size 20 mm.Suggested missed abortion by diagnostics doctor.Not yet seen by my gynaec. Kindly suggest me whether i have to go for US after 1-2 week or do as suggested by diagnostics docto

Sadly, it appears that your pregnancy is not viable. You should go for a repeat ultrasound in the given duration of time and meet with your gynecologist as soon as possible for confirmation of the suspected diagnosis.
