What Does Reversible Spinal Lesion In The Below MRI Report Suggest?

recently had a MRI on my brain.. at the Mayo and I am reading the report. I would like to know what the report means.Impression: 1. Incidental focus of T2 hyperintensity and restricted diffusion in the splenium of the corpus callosum with a typical appearance for a reversible splenial lesion.2. Examination is otherwise unremarkable.Findings: The epilepsy prototcol was utilized
