What Does Right Renal Pelvis Prominent Measuring 5mm In AP Diameter Mean?

I am 22- 23 wk pregnent. i had a ultrsound my baby fetal parameters are:
BPD:55mm
FL:38mm
FAC:180mm
FHR:145 b/mt.
Foet WT: 530 gms.
The right renal pelvis prominent measuring 5mm in AP diameter.
Can you please let me know what is this "right renal pelvis prominent measuring 5mm in AP diameter" is there any problem in baby kidney. if so, can u please suggest the next step we need to take?
1.The parameters mentioned are normal to the gestational age with correlation. 2.There is prominent right renal pelvis - which can be due to the right pelvis ureter junction obstruction can be one possibilities. 3.Other possibilities can be VUJ or distal ureteric pathology. 4.In this case the pelvis AP - anterior posterior diameter need to be monitored. 5.If any increase or decrease in the measurement should be monitored. At the same time AFI and foetal bladder need to be monitored.
