rSR' pattern in V1 suggests right bundle branch block(RBBB).
In RBBB, the interventricular septum(wall separating left and right chambers) is activated normally and the electrical impulse travel rapidly down the left bundle branch to activate the right ventricle. But because the right bundle branch is blocked , the impulse must then must cross the interventricular septum to activate the right ventricle after a short delay.
Can cause skipped beats. It is common and harmless , but can be serious depending on circumstances.


It occurs due to heart attack( myocardial infarction) or ischaemia( low blood flow), heart failure or heart valve defects. Worst case scenarios.

Do not worry. I suggest you to visit a cardiologist who will correlate the EKG report clinically.
