What Does Ring Enhancing Intra Axial Lesion In Right Frontal Lobe Mean?

In my brain MRI 10x10x7.4mm size ring enhancing intra axial lesion noted in right high frontal lobe involving precentral gyrus.The lesion shows T2&FLAIR hyper intensity and T1 hypointensity.No obvious restricted diffusion/GRE blooming noted within it.Tiny central T2 hypointense focus noted in the lesion.Adjacent moderate vasogenic edema noted. Please let me know what type problem is this. And what is the treatment for this.

Hello

Ring enhancing lesion may be due to many reasons like inflammatory granulomatous lesions like tuberculoma,abscess,tumour etc.
You need clinical correlation.
You need further workup like routine hemogram,N.C.C antibodies,PCR for T.B etc.
Treatment depend upon clinical correlation and investigation findings.
