What Does Ruptured Ovaries Mean?

Hi, I am 31 and gone through follicular study day 13 right ovary—3.5x3.3cms and left ovary—3.9x1.9cms, Endometrical thickness 7.3mm and and day 14 they said right ovary – Ruptured and left ovary–Ruptured and Endometrical thickness 11.2mm, Fluid in POD remarks is positive is this a problem please suggest
