What Does Salpingitis Isthmica Nodosa Mean?

hello, i recently did a PELVIC (TRAN-VAGINAL) U/S & H.S.G contrast study. my reports were this; the uterus is anteverted, non -gravid and normal in size and echopattern. The endometrial stripe is normal in thickness and uniform in echopattern, measuring 3.7mm in the AP diameter. A 4.7cm thick-walled irregular cystic structure is noted adjacent to the right ovary. This cystic structure contains internal echoes but no septation. The right ovary is unremarkable. A 7.6cm cyst is present in the left ovary. It is thick-walled and contains low level internal echoes. Vascularity is unremarkable and no pelvic fluid is identified.
IMPRESSION; Cystic right adnexal structure? Para-ovarian cyst or right hydrosalpinx. Large complex left ovarian cyst? Hermorrhagic.
HSG:-The uterine cavity and endocervical canal outline normally with contrast. Both fallopian tubes are visualised and multiple contrast filled cystic spaces are noted adjacent to the proximal portions. The right fallopian tube shows marked dilatation at its distal end and no peritoneal spill of contrast is identified on the right .The left tube appears to be normal in caliber and minimal spill is demonstrated on the left.
IMPRESSION: Salpingitis isthmica nodosa.
Right hydrosalpinx.
possible partial left tubal occlusion.
i dont understand anything i have said above please explain in simple terms so i can fully understand.
