Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for choosing healthcaremagic.
The important findings in your USG are - moderate fatty liver, GB polyps and mild prostatomegaly.
The first one is a normal statement so there's nothing to worry about it.
Moderate fatty liver - suggests increased fat in liver. Can be controlled by diet and exercise. Does not cause serious problems or affects lifestyle.
Small GB polyps - does not cause any problem though follow up after 6-8 months is advised to check whether they are of smae size or any change in their size.
Mild prostatomegaly - Prostate has enlarged in size and requires treatment if you are symptomatic. If you have any problems in passing urine then medical treatment will help you. As it is mildly enlarged there is no role for surgery at this moment.
Hope it sorts your problem and wishing you a speedy recovery.
Regards,
