What Does Scan Report Mean?

technique: findings: the cardiomediastinal silhouette and the pulmonary vasculature are within normal limits.the lungs are clear. there is no evidence of pleural effusion. the osseous structures and surrounding soft tissuse appear unremarkable.so what does all that mean.

Thanks for writing in.

The report says that the lungs are clear. The heart and great vessels are normal. No abnormal fluid accumulation is noted in the chest. The bones of the rib cage are normal.

The chest X ray is completely normal.
