What Does Scan Report Of Lungs Indicate?

what do the following results mean:
1. result IMPRESSION;Well erated lungs w/ no FOCAL infeltrate seen
2. Right lower lung or Paracardiac region modulo calcisic density,w/c may relate a vessel seen on end suggest clinical co relation in follow up study

Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports,You have absolutely normal findings.
Lungs are well aerated.There is no evidence of infection/infiltration.
There is a nodular-calcified density lesion seen in right paracardiac region which may be due to end on view of blood vessels.These are normally seen during imaging.
It may need follow up study.
