What Does Scan Without An Intra/extra Uterine Pregnancy Suggest?

Good day Doctor,I am 25years old with two children already. I felt i was about 3 to 4 months pregnant,so i ran a scan test and the result says: There is an empty anteverted uterus, measuring 8.9cm x 3.8cm x 4.6cm without signs of endometrial decidual reaction. There are no myometrial or adnexal masses or pelvic fluid collection. The ovaries and urinary bladder are normal. CONCLUSION: A normal pelvic scan, without an intra/extra uterine pregnancy, missed/incomplete abortion or pelvic collection. Will advice an HSG if infertility is a consideration.

Hi, the scan tells that you are not pregnant and report is otherwise normal. So, if you have not got your periods for more than one month, consult a doctor. You may need some medicines for inducing periods. Hope I have answered your question.
