What Does Scanty Menstrual Bleeding Along With Backache Indicate?

Hello i have a question to ask i have regular cycles 28 days had a regular cycle August 13 everything was normal heavy flow with clots abdominal cramps have intercourse with my spouse August 20 - September 8 ( TRYING TO CONCEIVE) had a cycle September 10 on time but it was a WERID period not heavy not clots very light watery period bright red but somtimes dark red had a mixture of leukorrhea mixed with blood no abdominal cramps only back pain and breast has a very tingly feeling day 3 fpr cycle still light no clots could this be breakthrough bleeding? ??

I think the variations in cycle flow is due to hormone changes. Maybe a casual lack of estrogen that didn't let endometrial lining grow enough. If it happens only once there is no problem in conceiving.
