What Does Scanty Period Along With Positive UPT Indicate?

Hi! some three months ago, when i went to see the doctor for pregnancy test, then It was positive on the pregnancy kit. I had all the feeling of a pregnant woman. but when i took another pregnancy test some 5 days later then it was negative. what could be the problem. My period is scanty.
I m 25 years old and just 6 months back I was married.

It may be due to first time test false positive.
You have not given the proper history of your periods that all were scanty or last one.
Please do an early morning urine test with different brand kit.
Please consult your gynecologist for examinations and ultrasonography.
