what does scattered areas of low attenuation noted within the white matte most pronounced in the periventricular and high right parietal region in the centrum semiovale as well as both small vessel ischemic changes as well as a demylenating process. I suffered a stroke in 2010 been trying to get answers ever since.

The low attenuation means that the brain matter is less dense than expected. The stroke you had in 2010 is what is showing up in the scan but also the brain matter becomes atrophic or thinner as we get older. These findings are expected in a person after a stroke.. I would not be concerned about this report
