What Does Sclerotic Density At The Proximal Femoral Metadiaphysis Mean?

I v done ct scan of right hip because I feel huge pain since I fall before 3 months,conclusion was cystic change at the anterior femoral head/neck junction possibly due to impaction syndorme.No acute fracture of dislocation is seen.Well defined sclerotic density at the proximal femoral metadiaphysis,likely a bone island.what it means in simple words please
