What Does Seem Volume Of 2.0ml Suggest?

dear sir,my semen examination report is volume 2.0ml ph 8.0colour whiteliqification time 30 mint+totalcounts 50 millions /mlactive motile 80a%sluggish motile 10%non motile 10%normal 90%abnormal 10%wbc's 4-6 hpfepithelial celles 1-2 hpfis this normal or not

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.
Infection is indicated by the presence of WBC,epithelial cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigation like routine hemogram,Semen culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.

Other findings like sperm count,morphology,motility are within normal limit.
