What Does Semen Analysis Report Showing Less Motile Sperms Suggest?

Iam sending my report for your valid suggestions. age-32, microscopic examination results volume -2ml, colour - opque gray, viscosity- poor, liquefaction - 10min, active motile -50%, slightish-20%, Non motile-30%, sperm counting 24 millions, pus cell-5 to 6hpf, No growth after 48 hrs incubation. please explain.

Welcome to healthcaremagic,
Your semen analysis looks normal, but many values are on the lower side of normal. The preferable sperm count is more than 40 million where less than 10 million may result in fertility problem. As you have 20 million which is on the lower side of the normal we have to look for the motility. We need to have at least 50% motile sperms, the more the better in your case. As there is no growth on culture you do not have any infection. You should be able to have children in future with this semen report.
