What Does Semen Analysis Result Mean?

My husband and I just got back his semen analysis and I was hoping you could help me understand it a bit more.
What dose " FeRtilization rates decrease as sperm morphology falls below 15% normal forms" mean? My GP didn't say much and it a few weeks away till we see the fertily doctor.

Thanks for writing to HCM

Most men have a large percentage of abnormal sperm morphology(only 4-15% of sperm being considered normal).
The important factor is 4-15% sperms should have good vitality and motility. Also important is the overall volume of semen,sperm concentration and sperm count.

Men with abnormal sperm morphology are still perfectly capable of fathering children,it just may take longer than normal to do so.
If natural conception does not work,you can go for assisted reproductive technology like in vitro fertilization and Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI).
