hello sir my husbands semen analysis results are as follows: TOTAL SPERM COUNT :30 MILLIONNS/ML
ACTIVELY MOTILE :35%, SLUGGISHLY MOTILE :20% , NON MOTILE:45%, NORMAL SPREMATOZOA:60%,
ABNORMAL SPERMTOZOA :40%, PUS CELLS: 10-15/HPF, CLUMPS :TRACE. TOTAL COUNT/EJACULATION: 60 MILLION. LIVE SPERM COUNT :55%. N VOLUME :2.0ML ...SO I WANT TO ASK WEATHER HE NEED MEDICATION OR NOT?N IS IT NORMAL TO CONCIEVE A BABY?WE ARE TRYING SINCE LAST 10 MONTHS...BUT NO RESULT....SO PLZ GUIDE WHAT TO DO?

I can understand your concern and worry but looking to your husband's report it is alright and the chances of conception are fairly enough, mam, 10 months is just nothing no need to hurry it takes little more time say years but for sure you will be conceive if every thing goes normally, the study of ovulatory phase is also important get it done,, and I would advise you to try for baby in your ovulation phase this would give excellent result, good luck.
