What Does Sensitive Testicles Imply?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...<Good morning. I had these symptoms 2 years ago. I don't know if its related to sex, however,I have been doing some research lately. My symptoms are my testicles are very sensitive (mostly my right testicle). Then my lower abdomen has major pain and at times it shoots down my right leg. In reading I found it could be a kidney stone, bacterial infection, or a slight hernia, and lastly related to the hip flexor. Also, 2 years ago when I had the same exact symptoms I was checked for STDS and they found none. I did take some antibiotics for possible bacteria infection and I don't know if it was mental, but it eventually went away. Do you have any clues doctor? Thank you.

Thanks for your query and accurate understanding of the problem.
You are right the causes for the pain in the lower abdomen with leg pain and the right testicle being so sensitive can be one of those you have mentioned, viz kidney/ureteric stone, bacterial infection, or a slight hernia, and lastly related to the hip flexor.
Hence all these factors can be confirmed or ruled out by proper clinical examination and investigations.
Get these done under the care of the General Surgeon.
Once diagnosed get properly treated to avoid recurrence.
